This month zinki has begun hosting a website built by a friend, for the private sale of a townhouse in Teulada. If your looking for a large size Costa Blanca village house, suitable for a large family or as an investment opportunity then take a look at the website.

The PSOE Teulada Moraira website is live. This website features full content management and supports four languages. All content is controlled by the clients from an administration area. So for a while there may be a few empty pages, as they add and update the content.
New site 1st4spanishmortgages.com is now live. The site is still under development and will be completed by the end of May.

This month Zinki has launched a website for new business Phoenix Motos. Based in Alfaz Del Pi, Phoenix Motos offer motorcycles, scooters, quads and buggies for sale. Also servicing, repairs, customs, clothing and accessories. The website has a database driven stock list.
Virtual Property World has had an update, and is currently promoting the sale of a North London residencial property. The video page will be back shortly.
Having created a new database system for The Mortgage and Property Shop back in december, Zinki is now creating a new graphic look for the website, which will be released in early april.

New clients AJB Insurance are having Search Engine Optimisation for their website, with a short term and long term strategy to be implemented. This month the initial short term work has been completed.
Individual Villas website is now being hosted by Zinki. The site is currently a static html site requiring webmaster services to list new properties. During November and December they will be having a visual re-design of the site and also an admin section and property database built.

Zinki is working towards the launch of the Costa Blanca North Business Guide on November 1st. The guide will offer free and paid listings options for all business's in the North Costa Blanca region.
Miriams Villa website launched, a simple one page information website for a private villa sale in Benitachell, Costa Blanca.

The site has been built to OrgaNicer's own design and specifications. Including booking forms with real time 'booking availability', admin database modifications to monitor event bookings and update booking status settings.

Casa Anna, private villa rental in Moirara now accepts online payment for bookings.
