Desperation Sales Spain website just launched, offering a 'Distressed Property Sales' service for people wanting to
sell their Spanish property quickly, whilst at the same time offering investors a chance to invest in a Spanish property bargain.
The new 'A Home in Spain' Spanish property for sale website just launched on their .co.uk domain name. It is a remake of the
original A home in Spain site but coded using php rather than asp, and more extensive use of css for page layout. The site looks almost identical to the original site, but has a few

Welcome to new clients CostaSales.com Spanish Property portal website. Zinki has taken over the management of this existing site.
First job was to fix and improve the xml feed property import system, including sorting out the problem of incomplete property descriptions and broken image links etc. due to xml parser
data chunking. Zinki is now involved in a gradual ongoing improvement program for the site.

This months challenge came from Magnet Investments International who requested a printable web page to be used
for bulk mail outs. The requirements were that the single web page would display and print the equivalent of up to 1,000 A4 letters personalised with the first name and surname of the
recipient and headed with the company corporate branding. Challenge completed. By linking into the database of clients we also managed to produce an online printable label web page (printing
9 labels per A4 sheet - 1000 labels at a time), again peronalised to match the A4 letters.

Welcome to new clients 'A Home in Spain' who are having some basic Search Engine Optimisation done this month as
their website is barely visible in most of the major search engines.
The Personal Property Consultant website has just gone live. Already doing very well in Google, this website
offers a personal property search and home finder service for London, the Home Counties and South West England.

Magnet Investments International website launched. This is phase 1 of the website, and is primarily a portfolio
of current property investment opportunites. The next stage in the websites development will include an information centre, about buying off plan and property development. Also a private
client area, where investors will be able to monitor the build progress of their property investments.
